jstogasterisk Posted July 9, 2012 Share Posted July 9, 2012 Hey, guys! I'm relatively new to the board and I'm also relatively new to making concepts. I've always had an admiration for good looking uniforms so I figured I'd try one out. I'm not the best graphic designer ever so cut a little slack. Anyways, the Natchez Balloons are my first team. They are a fictional Single-A team based in Natchez, Mississippi. I chose the nickname Balloons because of the hot air balloon races held every year in Natchez. I went with a rather unusual color scheme so I could kind of break the mold of generic colors. C & C greatly appreciated.By the way, I haven't made the primary logo I had in mind which is a hot air balloon with a large baseball design on it with a Natchez word mark along the space between the balloon and the basket. I would also work on the orientation of both the "N" and the "B" on the jersey wordmarks.Pretty good! I'm a huge fan of the powder blue, but that orangish-brown is a little questionable.
