spyboy1
YES!I nominated the Warroad Warriors jersey as the Best Jersey in Minnesota in a contest run by the Minnesota Wild on their website. We made it past the Minnesota Moose and, in a shocker, the North Stars were defeated by a rather horrid Cloquet Lumberjacks jersey with a really depressed looking lumberjack crest and a crappy purple and gold color scheme. The only way that thing defeated the beloved North Stars is if the whole city of Cloquet is voting several times a day.Not only do we believe that this is the classic hockey sweater with it's striking and intimidating colors, but the stylish vertically arched lettering and iconic Indian head logo, designed and approved by the local Ojibwe tribe, only add to this perfect look. Plus, a vote for Warroad, just five miles from the Canadian border on the shore of Lake of the Woods, is a vote for old-time, play-all-day-until-mom-calls-you-home-for-dinner pond hockey with your buddies. Please take the time if you would to vote for Warroad Warriors as the best jersey in Minnesota. There is NO LIMIT to the number of times you can vote if you cycle back to the Wild's homepage before voting again.
