With a block typeface like that, you really should try and set it apart by adding some character, be it through negative space, connecting letters, or adding some notches/accents. What your website tells the reader is basically a "word salad" full of leadership cliches and famous sports quotes from coaches. And in doing so, there is a confusion between "management" and "leadership". Following management is more voluntary than following a "leader".Most colleges/universities have added leadership programs since 1998 and have included talking about leadership programs early in the recruitment/orientation process for both athletes and baseline students.
