  1. I know they are not changing their logo. Here's a concept I created keeping the same colors and adding the Silver and Columbia blue, a nod to the Oilers in the text. The decal and sleeve design include the team's first season, the football and the moon, honoring the Space City and the first word said on the Moon. Any feedback is welcome. -Oz
  2. Hey guys. Been looking at the Dolphins for too long and flinching at the most boring uniform in the NFL. To top it off they had the worst downgrade of a logo (IMO). Thought I’d have a go at attacking the logo. I wanted to pay homage to the original and specifically the 90s/00s angry dolphin. I tried to keep the colours more in keeping with the Miami, South Beach vibes. I was reluctant to go too pastel so stuck with the bright colour palette with a deeper red/orange and a brighter aqua. Noting Miami’s link to Art Deco I wanted to make the ‘M’ sharper and more Art Deco. The sun burst also takes inspiration from sun burst mirror frames and sculptures from the 20s. Of note, I prefer the leaping dolphin over the new swimming dolphin. However, I didn’t want to make it a complete rehash of the previous logo. Let me know what you think. Uniforms and wordmark coming soon. Cheers guys.
  3. Hey all! I recently put together a logo for the Dolphins that I'm looking to get some feedback on. It pretty much speaks for itself in the evolutionary line of NFL logos finding their roots in a throwback inspired era. I wanted to combine all elements of the 'Phins logo history to create a solid brand for the franchise. Please let me know what you think. Thank you!
  4. I'm working on this personal branding for a client, which one do you guys prefer? the difference is on the hilt of the sword. I'm personally leaning more towards the Sharp one but I wanted to hear other opinions, Thanks _____________________________________________________________
  5. Hello everyone! I recently read about a new stadium/concert venue being announced in Milwaukee with an expected completion date in 2024. Part of the article and follow up news pieces have mentioned plans to bring a Pro Soccer team to Milwaukee. Thus far they have not said what league, but since the stadium will seat about 8,000 people it's not going to be MLS. USL Champions League or the NWSL seem like the best bets to me. The news got me thinking about what the team could look like and it brought me back to a concept I first developed and posted a few years ago; Cream City FC. It was conceived as part of a series imagining what sports teams in various leagues could look like if they were owned by the Bucks and used similar brand traits. Having had a couple years of separation and no need to tie it directly to the Bucks' branding I decided to take another shot at this concept. I give you the updated Cream City FC! Cream City is one of Milwaukee's nicknames and I think it's best one. Given the name 'Cream City', I had to have a cream color featured in it. I paired that with navy and sky blue colors based on the Milwaukee People's Flag and white. EDIT: You can see a larger post of the final Cream City FC logo designs in the last post of Page 1, and all the uniforms together on the first post of Page 2. EDIT 2: My most recent design for the 2nd concept- Smelting Milwaukee FC- can be seen here. Posts for that concept start on Page 2. As noted in the branding sheet, the center of the roundel is based on the side of a wooden beer barrel, with the blue seal around the edge and the soccer ball where a tap would be. The design above the ball (which is of course basis for the secondary logo) is a combined reference to both Milwaukee's 414 area code and the distinctive architecture of the Milwaukee Art Museum. I mirrored the 4 on both sides of the 1 to create wings similar to the museum's design.
  6. Hey all! Haven't posted in a while but I've still been lurking and creating on my own time (whenever I can find some). I came up with an idea for an Arizona Cardinals logo that I would appreciate feedback on. I posted it to facebook a couple minutes ago, and this is that post: Thanks for viewing! Let me know what you think!
  7. Pretty simple logo. H(ouston) above T(exans) with star in between contained in battle red circle Let me know your thoughts! I might end up doing more teams C&C appreciated!
