The Johnson Legacy 84 is just a show car wrap, and not what will be seen on track. Not sure *why* that’s the case, maybe we cyberbullied Legacy into going back to the drawing board? We know wraps can come together relatively quickly with ongoing sponsorship changes, so a possibility.
I noticed that the scheme is asymmetrical (green Dollar Tree on one side, orange Family Dollar on the other). AFAIK, unless something's changed, NASCAR doesn't allow asymmetrical schemes.

I've always loved the little touch of the Ford Michigan license plates on their NASCAR schemes.
I wish they'd let the drivers put license plates from their home states

You realize that the number is not the driver's at all and rather the owner's that they lease from NASCAR. Why would you change a successful brand? That's like the Yankees going away from pinstripes because Babe Ruth isn't on the team.
Yes, I'm fully aware of how it actually works. I'm just stating that I wish teams would change number fonts if a driver becomes legendary in a particular one. It's a wish. Nothing I know will ever happen.

Yeah, flames (and before that, the rainbow) are Jeff Gordon's thing, let Byron have his own identity
I actually think that great drivers associated with a particular number should have their number font retired in a sense. Like, I'd like to see Austin Dillon's "3" look different from Earnhardt's "3", or Byron's "24" different from Gordon's "24", or Bowman's "48" look different from Johnson's "48", Bell's "20" look different from Stewart's "20", Jones's "43" look different from Petty's "43", etc.

I wish the flames would go away. They're so tacky. The only one that I can understand it with is the Liberty scheme, since they are the Liberty Flames.

Yeah there can be multiple OSU's
I know that, which goes back to my point about the "OSU" Oregon State jerseys. I said that they should say "OREGON STATE" or "BEAVERS", and not "OSU", since there are two OSU's that have black and orange as their colors.

Because Oregon State is OSU
OSU is both, hence the need for this disambiguation page. Yes, Oregon State did adopt an "OSU" name first, but both commonly use OSU.
Fun fact: osu.edu takes you to Ohio State.

South Florida releases a new alternate for tonight’s game against Maine
The South Florida women’s team also released one recently
I wish teams would just put the school name or the nickname on the jerseys. I get that they're the D1 team in Tampa and that the name of the school doesn't make it clear where the school actually is, but still. I guess that's the traditionalist in me. That said, the wordmark itself is gorgeous and would look great on a baseball uniform.

My problem with these is the fact that the script says "OSU". There's another OSU school (Oklahoma State) that uses black and orange as its colors, so why not just spell out "Oregon State"?

These are killer. Their club team wears a pretty basic template, but you've improved on that greatly.
My one nitpick on the white jerseys (and possibly the teal) would be to maybe make the numbers black. They use that color in athletics, so might as well throw it on the jerseys. It'd make the teal and bronze that you've got on there pop.

Arkansas State! Welcome to the conversation.
Another fairly simple design as I get more comfortable and continue to better understand how hockey uniforms can be more creative.
The shoulder/arm stripes on the alternate are taken from the Arkansas state flag, which I think is a fun and good-looking nod.
Love this set for the Red Wolves.
A couple of criticisms:
- On the white jersey, I feel like the back numbers are a bit hard to read at distance. Why not try having them be black or red with a white outline? Just a way to have them stand out a but from the stripes.
- Did you consider putting the stAte logo on the shoulders?
-
App State does have a club hockey team. I do like what you did better than what they wear.
My one complaint is that the alternate jersey shouldn't have Yosef on both the shoulders and the chest.

I also might get a football manager game and build this as a sim league when it's done.
Is there such a thing? I'd be curious to try one
QuoteIt's a block font, don't worry about it so much.
And like I said, it's a personal preference. I would prefer every team have different fonts, but that's a preference of mine. Like I said, you've done killer work on this series.
-
You've done killer work so far.
This is a personal thing, but I don't like the fact that three of the teams have the standard block number font. I think that every team in a league should have its own number font.
For the Harps, do you have an actual harp logo? I also think it'd be neat if you continued the striping pattern throughout the entire shoulder yoke, since harps have lots of strings.

University of Denver new New Balance set:

Not a fan of the san serif lettering and modern number font. I wish they would have matched the fonts to the new logo on the shoulder. I do like the brighter red that DU went with when they rebranded.
I wonder if that font is a generic New Balance font, used in the same way that UMass Lowell uses a generic Under Armour font.

Every single 24 scheme would be dramatically improved if they would go back to using the proper gold numbers on every car. Keeping the number color that iconic gold would help the car look a lot more like the iconic cars Jeff Gordon ran that made the number famous. The Pods scheme isn't too bad but the Z and Relay schemes are embarrassing.
I'm of the opinion that when Gordon left the car, they should have changed the font. I also think that Austin Dillon's 3 should have a different font from the Earnhardt 3 and Bowman's 48 should be a different font. Basically, if someone stays with a number long enough to have it primarily be associated with them, then the next guy should have a different font.

Rockhurst old: woof. I can definitely see why they're changing, I just wonder who thought a blob with a randomly sprouted beak counted as a hawk.
I get it, but it would've been cooler if they'd have modernized that logo. At the very least, it would've been cool if they kept the R-Cross mark in the package.

Here's another one: D2 Rockhurst in Kansas City

I hate current minimalism trend. Basically everyone could be a designer right now because it just about finding a proper font. No other skill is needed anymore.
You and me both. It's all about what apparently looks good on a smartphone app icon, despite the fact that plenty of those icons are full-on pictures that look just fine and that most people aren't clamoring for apps for the companies changing their logos anyway.
