  1. Is there a date in which it passes will keep the Coyotes in Phoenix next year (instead of moving to Seattle or Quebec City).

  3. i just checked the canadian trademark office and the nhl still owns the name quebec nordiques. if something would to happen with selling the team, that would be one of the first things to check before the coyotes move.
