these two feel much more wrong for Forsberg:

As always, this thread has devolved into recent acquisitions. For all we know, Chicago could become D.Wade's "right" uniform.
we should also ban all photoshops. at least wait until the guy actually wears a uniform before declaring it "wrong"

I'll see your Wendell Clark and raise you Kirk Muller.
As far as I'm concerned, ANY Islander in that god awful 90's abomination is in the "wrong" uniform.

San Jose Sharks vs Team USA in 1994 scrimmage which I believe may have been the last Olympics where the Olympic Teams scrimmaged the NHL teams, because after that the Olympic Teams were made up of NHL players. Believe they also scrimmaged the 92 Olympic team as well.

Keith Byars wearing #42. Had no idea this happened (also had no idea he was on the Patriots '96 Super Bowl team):
even weirder was him as a Jet

For those of us who witnessed most of Ricky's career, his brief stint in Toronto is far from obscure. Especially to a Phillies fan.
What is obscure is catching him in #14. As a young uni-number geek, it was quite a shocking sight to see him in anything other than 24 (I missed his pre-Yankees days.) I was actually disappointed when he acquired (purchased) #24 with the Jays.
IMO, anything post '95 is a "wrong uniform" for him. Hell - I barely even remember him on most of those teams, with the exception of the Mets. Four separate stints in Oakland? How does that even happen? He was 34 before he became a vagabond. 34! Then played 10 more seasons!
And then he went and played Independent ball for like another 2 years!

I didn't realize either of these happened:
He won a World Series with the Jays in 1993. Was their starting LF I believe.

More Capitals...
Dino Ciccarelli:
i don't know man, I know Dino was a North Star the longest but IMO he still looks normal in a Caps or Wings uniform being that he spent 4 seasons with each team.
Where he really looks out of place:
-
Wild need to lose the red clown pajamas all together, and get rid of the phantom yoke's on the home greens (either go all green or white), and lost the script logo.
-
Probably because it's similar to what he wore in Calgary, color-scheme wise

Marian Hossa- Atlanta Thrashers (2005-06 was also the last year of THAT specific Thrashers uni. His other full season, they made the blue uni the primary home
Hossa's spent so much of his career as a "hired gun" since he left Ottawa, I'd be hard-pressed to name which uniform for him is "right?" Ottawa? Atlanta? Pitts? Detroit? Hawks?

Love both of these, the Maryland one may be my favorite College Alternate of all time.
Never, ever dress like a flag.

The Preds yellow helmets look great! This should be their full time home look.

I hate when guys like Iginla and Jagr become rent-a-players at the end of their careers. Sort of tarnishes they're main career team "feel" when they wear 17 other sweaters in the league.

It was just a color change for when Elway was at Stanford. Still, a nice job.
wow. I was WAY off base
-
Seriously, I had to do a double take on that. Great job. Did you totally photoshop Elway in a Bronco jersey into that? Or did you just stick his head on an old picture of Bert Jones?

Terelle Pryor
what would his "right" uniform be? (camo disaster aside)

(Don't ban me, Chris )
David Price, Blue Jays. He'll always be a Tampa Bay Ray in my mind.
(the picture doesn't work for some reason.)
Price only really played parts of 6 seasons with the Rays. Considering he's not even 30 yet and on his third MLB team, I have a feeling he'll feel much less like a Ray when his career is over. I'm assuming he'll get a big pay day when the season is over and spend the next 6-7 years on his next team.

These are the Pistons best uniforms:
Ah, a throwback to the days when losing by less than 20 points was a bad thing.
I will cut you.....

I always think of Liut as a Whaler, even though he played parts of equal seasons in both uniforms.
