Forget football uniform matchups. This Eagles Cardinals game is one of the ugliest sights that can be viewed by a human eye.

I’m at the Jets game and the stadium walls around the field are black now. Not a good sign.

You can’t really blame the home team in these cases. The Eagles should’ve worn green pants once they learned that Arizona was wearing black.

Against the Cardinals in black...This is shaping to be one of the worst uniform weekends of all time.

I agree that it isn't a huge issue for this specific game. To me, it's more the idea/possibility of them ditching the green going forward beyond this season.

This is unbelievable. Why is this team forcing black into its color scheme? And even worse, we are now down to just TWO f***cking games on the home schedule that green jerseys can be worn.

Socks aren't part of the uniform anymore. Half the players are wearing compression pants anyways.

I agree, which is why I just root for teams in white jerseys to just wear colored pants most of the time. I'd rather have the Vikings, for instance in white over purple with purple socks, than white on white with white socks. 

Bills Twitter confirmed blue everything below the neck. I guess at this point we just need them to lose in that look before they switch back to white pants. Definitely did not expect to see this look so much after it was only worn once in 2021.

I was really hoping this would be a navy game for Denver when the sched came out. I feel like we got this uni matchup a lot during the Luck-Manning era and it would be nice to see something different.

I agree it’s better than if the Commanders wore black, but the Titans need some light blue somewhere. To me, no matchup involving them in this combo will ever look good.

I would be fine with either team in colored pants, but both may be a bit much. I think the Browns will stick with white pants, but the Chargers will be back in yellow.

Rams-49ers is a shoe-in assuming LA goes with yellow pants to go against SF’s throwbacks.

 

Chargers-Texans could’ve been in the running for the best had the Chargers gone with yellow pants.

 

Bills-Ravens was okay. Buffalo desperately needs to start wearing blue socks with the all white.

Rams announced blue pants. Quite an interesting choice. It will be a repeat of last year's Monday night game:

It is making me furious how much nicer this game in Pittsburgh would look with the Jets in green pants.

Game looks as bad as I expected. We need this matchup with the Saints in black for once.

Yup, but knowing how teams like to do things, plus the fact that they haven’t worn green pants yet, that will likely be a green pants game.

Jets are wearing white over black in Pittsburgh. My God you can’t make this 💩 up.

Browns are in all-white against the Falcons in all-black. Awful. Should’ve been white/orange against black/white.

EDIT: I also don't think the white tiger thing they're doing is stupid either. Again, just a once in a season thing, but it can a good alternate for them to own.

In theory I guess the idea is okay. I just know in the future they will use these to ruin some would-be great looking uniform matchup.

The endzones will also be in black and white. Not a fan of this. I like when teams leave their regular colors in the end zone regardless of what stupid out of brand uniform combination they are wearing.
