Eagles will wear all-black the following games:
Week 12 vs. Packers
Week 16 at Cowboys
Week 18 vs. Giants
They have not worn green against the Packers since 2010. I was really hoping they'd wear black vs. Washington in Week 10 on Monday night instead, which still hasn't happened once since they introduced the black pants.

This seems to be their go-to look at Indy now. Nothing remotely interesting about that matchup visually.

Remember when teams besides Washington or the Rams would do it on purpose? The Eagles in 2007 despite the game being in November. The Panthers many times. The Browns in 2016. The Lions in 2019.
Does Jacksonville have it in them to do the gimmick. I hope the Jaguars do it.
The Jets and Patriots have also done this on multiple occasions, as recently as 2019/2011. Chargers did in 2021 and 2013, but 2013 was a Week 4 game, so that may have been a WAH game regardless of opponent. Bucs and Saints have also done it later in the season.

Jets at Steelers will likely have the Jets in green pants this week after another loss in all-white. That will be a nice one as long as the Jets wear white socks.

Why are patriots tbd lol? We don’t have any other pants options unless we randomly wear the throwback pants.
The entire internet seems to believe that they are gonna bust out silver pants this season because someone saw it in the style guide or something. I don't get it either. There has been no other indication that the team plans on wearing them.

Wow they really, REALLY don't want to touch the burgundy jerseys. Kinda unfortunate that these will get action before what is supposed to be their primary uniform.
On the other hand, that Giants/Bears matchup should be really good. Can't go wrong with two pure classics.
Reminds me of how the Jets seem to prefer black and white over their green.

The Bears wearing throwbacks against a team from the opposite conference twice in two years legitimately is something I don’t think will ever happen again for any team in the league.

Panthers have worn black pants with the white jerseys for a couple of games since 2018. I personally think this is a pleasant surprise. Seems like the Saints always come to Carolina in September with the Panthers in all white. Said they same thing last week, that the Panthers in all white is not a good enough look that I don’t welcome the black pants to spice things up. Lots of traditionalist pessimists on here will complain and downvote this, but deep down they don’t mind some novelty. And yes, we all know that contrasting socks are better, but if it was white pants, it would probably be white socks anyway…

Even after the loss last week, the Commanders are sticking with the burgundy pants. I was wondering in the off-season if this combo would even be used since all they ever advertised was all-white. Now it is clearly their favorite look. Definitely better than all white, especially if they stick with white socks.

Blue pants for the Rams, which means no bone on bone this year.

Saints will be in gold pants, which almost isn't even newsworthy when they visit Carolina early in the season like this.

I do in fact doubt that anyone over the age of 40 within any organization is pushing for the team to wear white leggings.

Ravens going white over black this weekend
Aw man. I was hoping for purple pants this time after they went white pants in 2020.

Kinda cool how Cleveland only uses the orange pants for divisional or primetime games.
Eh, I'd much rather see it mixed in for other games like in 2020.

And they used navy in the last set. The red and powder blue and grey separate the teams just fine and don’t look anything alike.
Just curious, do you think there is another team in the league that more closely resembles the Titans than the Texans? I feel like I've seen that comparison made on these boards before, along with the Seahawks.

Brown over orange vs. Pittsburgh again for Cleveland. Has happened all three meetings since the redesign.
-
Why must we always be deprived of the reverse of this matchup?

As expected. This will be a nice-looking game. Looks like the Titans will not be in white at home at all this year for the first time since 2008.

You don't think they look similar to the Texans in that bottom picture? If you squint, it looks like an intra-squad scrimmage. Navy helmet, white jersey, navy pants. Only main difference is red vs. gray accents. My point is that there is already a navy-heavy team in the division and many league-wide, so why not embrace the Columbia blue and stand out?

I think the Bills will certainly wear blue over white in the Miami heat. If the Tua from last week shows up then it’s possible they consider this look bad luck and go back to blue pants.

It’s such a treat getting to simultaneously watch the Titans and Vikings in white pajamas on national television. I’ll never understand why they league decided to allow this.
