  1. Idk, something about thinking aqua, teal, and red jerseys attracting way too much heat seems kinda iffy to me

I guess Miami, Jacksonville, and Tampa By could just avoid all this by building roofed stadiums

They literally don't "still exist".  They haven't been in the style guide for more than a decade, were never sent to Nike and no samples were ever made on Nike fabrics, would require more than 2 years to bring back, and... literally no longer actually exist in any factory.

By your rationale, any uniform that was ever worn by any team technically "still exists" and can't be ruled out for alt helmets.  That's silly.  That's like saying my 6-pack abs still exist because I had them 10 years ago and could conceivably bring them back... likely with the same 2-year lead time the Eagles would need for these jerseys that don't exist.

“Still exist” was the wrong terminology, I’ll admit that fault.

However, it doesn’t mean the Eagles can’t revive it.

in what way do these "still exist"?  You're just making things up for the sake of posting.

“Still exist” as in its entirely possible the Eagles could bring these out again, just on a Nike template. Kelly Green and white helmets aren’t the only thing Philadelphia has worn.

Dallas, the Giants and 49ers as well, due to rotating through two sets of throwbacks and their regular uniforms, still have a look that is all theirs. I would agree that if all of a sudden Dallas started wearing blue helmets that would mess things up. But if they wore a white helmet, that look is still the same one they've had since 1960.  I'd say two helmets would help some teams improve their looks. If Seattle were rotating between silver and blue helmets, how much more often would we see less monochrome looks from them? I could see white lids helping out the Jets as well, but we all know they'd eff it up a wear WBB instead of WGW.

They’d be better off with grey helmets, IMO. Even though you couldn’t do a true throwback, it still allows for the team to go for a nice Grey/Blue/Grey with the current set.

I think there’s a middle ground with Trubisky. Does he deserve 100% of the blame he gets? Of course not. Did he drag the Bears kicking and screaming to any meager success they had during his time there? Again, of course not. He’s a below-average quarterback whose stock and expectations were blown way out of proportion by NFL draft scouts and “analysts” who are throwing darts as much as the random schmuck in his mom’s basement doing a mock draft for kicks and giggles.

I’d say he hovers around average. Aside from his rookie season, he had winning records three straight years. He’s not inherently bad by any measure.

Also, he’s the only QB with 50+ career starts without throwing a pick-six.

You're late to the party, dude. The Washington Commanders just proved that secondary helmets don't have to be throwback related.

Not saying this was the reason, but it’s possible Washington was given a waiver due to their set coinciding with an entirely new identity.

Even then, I’m sure other teams would be biting at the bit to get non-throwback helmets.

All it takes is one crack to break the dam.

    A slew of unpopular opinions-

    • The Bears have the best uniform set in the league

    • The Rams have a Top 10 uniform set

    • The Packers and Steelers shouldn’t be considered as two of the “greatest” uniform sets of all time

    • The Jets set doesn’t deserve all the hate it gets. 99% of that hate is focused on the black uniform. Which, ironically I find to be the best jersey of the set. Also, the green helmet is the best in the league

    • The 49ers would look better if their numbers had black outlines and/or there was black on the sleeves

    • The Raiders need a black facemask

    • The Bills red color rush is their best uniform

    • Outside of the color rush, the Giants have one of the worst sets in the league

    • The Dolphins are better off in their current set than reverting to the throwbacks

    • The Ravens only need two pants options. Purple and Gold.

    Adding another one-

    • Nothing the Cardinals have worn as ever looked good

Although, the 1930s duds have potential for a modern update
