Not every uniform has to be a throwback, but it's not too much to ask for them to not look like trash.

It is possible to design a new uniform that looks classic, yet modern. It has happened before.

    Not in Denver, unfortunately.

I’d argue that Denver took inspiration from their 1966 uniforms for this set. Whether or not they want to admit that is on them and forever a secret.

They’re fine. Not offensively bad or anything, just very meh. The helmet stripe stinks, but I can live with that. It’s a real 6/10.

They're probably only gonna last as long as the minimal requirement, before the Broncos try something else that may or may not be better/a straight-up throwback.

I’d be willing to bet they’ll most likely correct the helmet stripe and get rid of the small triangles under the arms

Looks like the Ravens are adding a new helmet.

Source: Ravens Adding New Alternate Helmet (uni-watch.com)

Based on the color description, this helmet will most likely be for the CR uniform. I'm a little disappointed because I liked that the Ravens were able to stick with one helmet for all jerseys, but at least it will match the CR. I didn't like most of CR, but I did like the uniforms better if the base color matched the helmet shells (such as Steelers, Texans, Vikings).

It says in that article that it’ll likely be purple with a metallic gold facemask. I’d be almost willing to bet the “bringing back the gold pants” April Fools joke wasn’t really a joke after all.

Right?  It's not like any of these guys are going to walk up and say, "Hey, these are dog:censored:."

The player who said “this is… fire” didn’t exactly seemed thrilled to say it.

That's weird that no one said they hated it. Odd it has a 100% approval rating.

    Sarcasm?

They either only showed the guys who said they liked them, pressured the guys into saying they liked them, or the guys felt like they needed to say they liked them.

I would even speculate that they wait until moving to the new stadium and roll it all out at once (New name, unis).

Putting millions into current stadium renovations doesn’t exactly scream “new stadium”

Most likely candidates for new uniforms:

    Commanders (new ownership waiver)

The problem with the Commanders change is even with the waiver, they’re still looking at changing after 2026. We’d be lucky to get them by 2025.

  8. 2020 saw a record 8 redesign teams. They’ll have the opportunity to change after this season. There’s not a whole lot of information to suggest any of them will change their uniforms. So it’s speculative as of now.

    Team (% chance of change)

    • Falcons (85%)

    • Rams (35%)

    • Patriots (25%)

    • Bengals, Browns, Buccaneers, Chargers, Colts (0-10%)

    - Atlanta needs a complete overhaul

-Rams are fine, but I could see them tweaking a couple things such as the number texture and gradient use. Also ditching the bone uniform.

    - If the Patriots learn to use the grey/silver pants more, then they wouldn’t need to change, but I could also see them upgrading the throwbacks into primary status.

    - The rest are great and don’t need drastic changes. The only change out of any of them I could see is Cincinnati not being idiots and consolidating the two pairs of white pants into one.
