I don't like the silver for the Brahmas as it gets lost in the Helmet and i don't think spectators would see it.
DC is great.
Could you do a map?
Orange, Florida or California?

New road jersey is what we thought it was. Home jersey gets current logo on the sleeves instead of the retro logo. Black alts remain untouched.
First two are fantastic, the alt is just not even close to the first to with B4BS and looking like Ottawa.

So close to Scotland it's not funny.
Scotland should head down the Tartan path.

How bad is it when you can't even design your own logo for a 5th rate league?

Hopefully it's a Happy Easter for some.

I think we'll also get a lot of Houston fans coming in too since it's Saturday afternoon, so it could be 60-40 or 50-50 fan-wise.
I've bet a mate they will get to 17,501, but i'm hoping Houstonians get there in droves and bust the 24000+ from the first game.

Allegiant would look like a ghost town with a few thousand fans and didn't they have an agreement about no play at Sam Boyd?
Better off at San Diego or New Mexico

As an outsider i could see it work if they limited the travel and other expenses as Rugby doesn't seem to get that many spectators at the lower levels.
Maybe this level could be a Reserves to the MLR or at least the MLR Canadian Teams could draw from their Zones (areas) instead of having Reserves (farm sides) in this league?
I could see in the future maybe a combined Rugby Canada SL playing the MLR Winners.
I really like your welsh look VI and the green home for the Vipers, not a fan of the black as i think from a spectators point of view the dark green would just blur into the black, maybe make all the green the lighter shade?

Do you think the league would have survived if they had East - West Divisions?
On that i would suggest two Divisions of 6 that played home and away v the other teams in their division for a total of 10 games then they play the other 6 teams in the opposite division at home or away for a total of 6 games (limits travel etc.)
Finals is up to you and the league.

I'd say that stadium is the bigger issue. Play night games or sit the fans in the shade. I'd have gone with UCF instead because I think it's just the right size for the spring league fans.
Houston is the big surprise to me, because the Roughnecks were well supported in 2020. And it's not like the Texans have been the greatest in between those years. I guess I can understand some of the issues with merchandise, especially since teh AAF has so much of it floating around on eBay even today. But I think if they had around 200 full size Riddell helmets, they'd have sold out by the end of the season if not the first two home games. They've got a waitlist for whenever jerseys finally get released, but that still hasn't happened yet. So maybe there are issues at the factory that haven't allowed them to get to the minimums they want before sending them out.
Those late night games aren't helping them with bums on seats that's for sure.
I never realised you lot collected helmets as much as you do.

San Antonio had just over 13,000 on Sunday. An original start time of 9 PM, and families either coming back from spring break, or heading out on spring break didn't help. But it made getting through the food lines much easier than the opener. One thing that bugs me is that when it comes to merchandise, we still don't have mini-helemts, regular helmets, or jerseys available. The Brahmas being 1-4 and probably being 2-4 at best the next time they return to the dome probably won't help. The paper bag brigades are already forming as well. Hahahahaha!!! I'll still keep showing up though.
I'm not trying to say that St Louis seems to be only one of two who have got their act together just more shocked people aren't banging on about how great a job they have done the passed two incarnations.
I'd really like to see at least two of the Texas teams do well and since SA has no Big football there it would be them and one of the others. They are maybe hesitant to have to much merch left over if they get moved?
Vegas seems to be a let down and with them getting the Raiders not so long ago maybe they are out of luck with a fan base, and Orlando has missed the bus on just about everything but i hope they get to the second season.

My alma mater is proposing a logo change. Proposed is on the top, current is on the bottom.
Yeah it's ok but it looks like two bananas half peeled and the waka to me looks like a line, needs a bit more definition.

Imagine if the NFL went ahead with a London side as many people think will happen, but what if they bought in a whole European Division?
- London Monarchs
- Berlin Thunder
- Frankfurt Galaxy
- Either Amsterdam or Barcelona

Australia
As will likely be a common theme in this series, I went back to their original WBC wordmark, and went with a green-sleeve design inspired by their futuristic 2004 Olympics look.
The white needs good old aussie side panels, Australians can never have to many side panels on their jerseys, jumpers, kits, uniforms.
Also try and make the A into the Opera House if possible.
The grey one is way to grey for Australia and should be a Gold kit.
At least curve the Script a tad in the white and this one.
The Green is good but please put the stitches back in the big white star.

I'm not sure what this is - please explain. Keep in mind these are serious/feasible proposals.
I'm also thinking that engineers could develop land mines that only stun rather than kill. We could embed a few at random so a guy might be running a long route, or running for a long TD, then BZZZZZZT - hits a mine and is dropped and likely fumbles. Turnovers are exciting, and this gets us a few more. It's also theoretically possible that during a runback, the defensive player hits a stun-mine.
If the stun mines can't be invented, then something like this - but the pipes are buried like a Burmese tiger trap:
The fastest tunnel ball wins the 4th and down or turn over

I'd rather them put the goal posts right at mid field (they'd probably use the old H style.)
1. If you complete a pass and the ball goes through the H, you get automatic first down.
2. To kick a field goal, you have to be on the other team's side of the H (at midfield), and the kicker would have to do a bicycle kick and kick the ball backwards through the uprights.
3. Any passes that hit the uprights and bounce backwards are considered fumbles and can be recovered by anyone.
Discuss.
Could we introduce a tunnel ball 4th down requirement?

The real question: Do we know how many beers were purchased/consumed at the game?
Now that’s a stat that’ll get the XFL known. -

XFL
Columbus, NYC and San Jose, maybe. (I’d say Columbus before the others as they have NFL teams nearby), but not the others. They’re not really desirable markets, plus no stadiums.
Rochester- Bill Gray's
Richmond- Kickers
Norfolk-Virginia Beach- Dick Price, Old Dominion,
Louisville- Lynn Family, Cardinals,
San Jose- Stanford, SJ Earthquakes stadium, SJ State.

I still can't see the wide camera angle and spectator more than 50 meters away seeing it but it would be a lot better.
That whole backward bulls horn is just a mess, they should have done it at the front like Phily Eagles.
