I think it's to force US Soccer to combine them with the NWSL. With how poor some of the facilities are for the Super League I don't see US Soccer just agreeing to that. Are they counting on USWNT players to choose playing on the same schedule as Europe to bring them over? Because that's not a good enough reason to switch to the league either.
There are two women's teams in DC, with the DC Power of the Super League apparently owned by the MLS DC United.

I am curious to know what the end game of the USL Super League is going to be. If she ever decided to play professionally in the United States, the USL Super League would have no shot at Catarina Macario I would think.

Tell that to Houston. A team who has to fight every season apparently to get a home field
They had to go to Rice Stadium because TDECU Stadium on the University of Houston, was undergoing major renovations. They plan on being back there in 2025.

NBA games going to Amazon? Hopefully that means NBA games on Twitch, which would be free for those that don't want to pay for a subscription (if you want to go through 7 ads as you enter a stream that is).
Also, NBA expansion is imminent once these deals are announced. The NBA should just go out and say "we've added expansion teams in Seattle and Las Vegas" and don't go through the process to have places like Mexico City, Louisville, Kansas City and Vancouver believe that they have a shot for 31 and 32 when they actually don't.

The Panthers should not go to the Big House in Ann Arbor, that would not be a good look for the league.

I'll save people a click from a blatant cloutchaser (why cloutchase for minor league football on YouTube is beyond me, but whatever). The article he's referring to is saying that "league insiders" are saying that the Houston Roughnecks will relocate back to TDECU Stadium and that the Michigan Panthers are going to try to play in "East Lansing" or "Ann Arbor" to be closer to families.
And I thought Panthers games looked barren now....
He basically reads off the articles and on his channel, he's posted the full UFL games (without commercials).

If the the universe has a sense of humor, it will be Indiana vs. Minnesota in the NBA Finals. What a ratings juggernaut that would be.
It could be a fun divisional rivalry in the not-to-distant future if Minnesota moves into the same division as the Pacers when the league expands again.

Also, a Mavs vs. Pacers NBA Finals could be a lot of fun.....and it would be Pacers coach Rick Carlisle against the team he coached to an NBA Title in 2011.

That was seen as kind of a fluke and there is no connection from the current team to that team, outside of the owner and ugly logo.
Head Coach Jason Kidd was on that team.
It may have been a fluke, but it forever changed the narrative on Dirk Nowitzki.

I don't understand the "whoa, pump the brakes, speed racer, dallas winning the finals?!?!" narrative when they've literally won one in recent-ish memory.
Since that 2011 Championship win, they had "Dallas Cowboys Syndrome" in that they were good enough to get into the playoffs but always got knocked out in the first round or they finished just outside of playoff contention (pre-Play In Tournament) and their season ended on the final day of the regular season. The Mavs more than anything want to win it with Luka Doncic, because neither them nor the fanbase want to see him win an NBA title somewhere else.
The 2011 NBA Championship forever changed the narrative on Luka's predecessor, Dirk Nowitzki.

Still not sure what the realistic endgame for this competition is, but here we are.
What is interesting about all of this is that this league is owned by the USL and in the same divisional hierarchy as the NWSL, but the NWSL has two teams owned by USL teams in Racing Louisville FC and North Carolina Courage.

It's a longshot, but if the Bears plans for that stadium does happen and Soldier Field ends up with only the colonnades remaining, how much time does the Chicago Fire of the MLS have to find a new stadium?

So apparently Tom Brady was there to do a practice run with Kevin Burkhardt.

Luka Doncic gets that NBA Championship ring and he'll have a statue next to Dirk Nowitski at the American Airlines Center when he retires.
