You've got a generic font, and the only element of the welder that stands out is the spark.I'd recommend a font that is more "industrial", and I would try to get the welders mask to be more of the focus of the logo.But... that's my two pesos (because my input isn't worth 2 cents) I like this. Try taking your time & doing one logo at a time & work on it until it's complete then you can move on to the next one. Right now these logos read more business like than sports to me & brewers is misspelled. Draw out your ideas using good ole paper & pencil, then fine tune it whether it's by using reference material or by posting your sketch here & asking for feedback on it.
