They were bought out by another company in 1995-96 or so - it might've been Starter, but for some reason Converse is also coming to mind? I don't remember Converse making any NFL apparel, but the more I think about it, Converse seems right. I think the acquisition of Apex was a huge part of Converse's decline in the mid-late '90s.The jersey you have is a replica and while in pretty decent shape, would probably only get $15-25 on Ebay.
