My only suggestion is to smooth out the curve on the left side of the secondary mark. actually, the more I look at it .. the more i think if you flipped the secondary mark, it could be manipulated into an "S", if you'd want to try that. I also think the basketball lines should be lost on the main symbol ... they are too fine, and the detail would be lost on anything small, which is a key factor when creating a marketable logo. Don't know how it'll look but what if you put the stinger-ball combo at center court since that's usually a circle and have the full scorpion at the end of the courts in the corners where you currently have the stinger-ball.
