Tampa Bay Tornadoes. pfffftt Maximum Football was never intended to be licensed--that way it has more customization possibilities--it was the idea from the strt to not be licensed--so the EA monopoly has nothing to do with this...And it's supposed to be easy enough to make the teams into the real ones or your own fantasy ones...
