I thought the "KU" in arial on the bird was to plain, so I did the "KU" in fancy block and also did "KANSAS" on the bird. slapshot Posted May 3, 2005 Share Posted May 3, 2005 As boring as Helvetica is, it works with the logo because it's simple and easily read. Changing to a font closer to what the basketball numbers are might be a good idea in theory, it loses legibility at a smaller size. In the Red Sox font, the K looks very close to the X, and I don't think Kansas wants to be confused with Xavier Back-to-Back Fatal Forty Champion 2015 & 2016 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
