Don't know when the Devils/Scouts could have had the affiliate there - the last "Capital District" team I can recall was an Islanders farm club. Maybe a little more research is in order? This seems like the kind of jersey that a minor-league club might invent - attempting to define the team as the "Capital District Scouts" for a game...I dunno. That seems possible, though.
