sc49erfan15 Posted December 30, 2006 Share Posted December 30, 2006 Steve Aponavicius, Boston College's walk-on kicker who had never played a game before this season, just kicked a career-long 37 yard field goal to beat Navy in the Meineke Bowl. No article yet, just a box score, but wow...what a great story. To walk-on and end the season with a game-winning field goal in a bowl game...awesome.
