Hey Vic... it wouldn't be that hard to make that guy look like Santa... the beard is already there, all you really need to do is recolour, and add the pompom to the already pointy and falling over hat... that would be another solid entry.

And no offense to rozilla, but although you've used the Vikings as a base, you've taken too many creative liberties in the jersey, and it no longer reminds me of the vikings (apart from the logos). I'd say Christmasize their current unis rather than making up completely new ones with a Christmas theme.
