philly97flyer
i just noticed that the falcons wear 2 different kind of white pants. the ones they wear with the regular jerseys and the one they wear with the red alts are slightly different. u can see it on the football uniform history site. anyone else notice this? i really dont see a reason for it. Jezus_Ghoti
There's a very good reason for it. That reason is that the pants normally have a red stripe that connects with a red stripe on the white and black jerseys. A red stripe on a red jersey would clearly not work, so it is changed to black when they wear the red alternates.
STL FANATIC
That pisses me off more than Denver's two pairs of white pants. Atlanta should have just left the piping red on the jersey (not showing up) and left the pants the same. Denver has a lot of options, but right now their striping colors are bad. Two pairs of the same color pants is dumb. JUSTIN STRIEBEL | PORTFOLIO | RESUME | CONTACT
CrookedThumb
I guess this is why they didn't wear black pants with thm.
