The general concensus, including myself, is that the 2d profile is the nicer of the logos, so I used it as the primary. I do like the 3d somewhat, so I kept it on the shoulder. The logo you're using as the primary is such a better logo than the one they went with. I like using black as the home sweater. I don't like the alternate but I don't think you need one.
