1) John Winston (later changed to Ono) Lennon, James Paul McCartney, George Harold Harrison and Richard Bernard Starkey, Jr.

2) It's tough to know exactly what label you're looking for here. However, amongst the early labels that produced and distributed Beatles songs were Vee Jay, Tollie, MGM, Savage, Lyntone, Circuit, Odeon EMI (Germany) and, of course, Capitol.

3) CBS News' London Bureau Chief, Alexander Kendrick, filed the first report on the phenomenon known as "Beatlemania". A short version of the report ran on the CBS Morning News on November 22, 1963. The full report was to run on the CBS Evening News with Walter Cronkite that night. That plan was scrapped in the wake of President John F. Kennedy's assasination later that day.

4) Eastern European magician Fred Kaps (his performance was actually taped earlier), Georgia Brown and David (later Davey) Jones performing scenes from the musical "Oliver!", celebrity impersonator Frank Gorshin (later the Riddler on TV's "Batman"), Olympic speedskating Gold Medalist Richard "Terry" McDermott (the only American to win a gold at the 1964 games in Innsbruck), British vaudevillian Tessie O'Shea, the comedy team of McCall & Brill, and a team of Swedish acrobats.

Bonus: The aforementioned Davey Jones.
