It's looking good. Just remove the teal shoulders. Everything else is really neat and I'm hoping their next alt will be similar to what you made. Good job once again.

I think its fine as is, maybe a thin orange outline around the shoulders, awesome work though mate.

I like it except I think that logo should remain on their pants and not on the jersey. Maybe use the full shark instead.

Good job though, as said above I would like to see them use this or something like this as a alternate next year

A. Enlarge the logo on the front or:

B. Remove the shield and just use the shark.

I agree, either enlarge the shield, or just use the shark or remove the shield completely.

I think it's a really solid starting point, but like the above posters said I'd enlarge the crest on the front and drop the teal shoulders, however I do think that some kind of piping around the shoulder seams would add a nice accent to it in any color you choose (orange/teal/silver). I'd also go with a font that "pops" a little bit more, be it a more modern "varsity" block type or borrow a custom font from another sports team.
