I think I read somewhere Clint Hurdle said he won't be.

IDK how factual it is though...but I'd assume he'd bow out.

Though if you put him in the dugout with say, an old umpire "NL" type hat, I would dig it . Maybe turn the BP jersey script into a white uniform, and then you have a temporary NL jersey.

Yeah, but with everyone from the NL in road grays, wouldn't that be too out of place? They could probably slap it on a blank gray jersey and give him regular gray pants...

Not just any blank road jersey. Get him one that says "WILLIE IN' RANDOLPH" on the front, in big block letters. The crowd'll mark out for him in a big, big way.
