Discrim Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 just now, I was thinking it was odd that among the many concepts I've posted here, a good number of em seem to be the only sets ever done for such luminaries as the Val d'Or Foreurs, Kalamazoo Wings, Daytona Cubs, Chattanooga Lookouts, Lancaster Jethawks, and countless others I'd waste all night listing if I tried. Here goes yet another "first and possibly only"... yeh, I was inspired by the Nordiques for the home and away. I couldn't remember whether I had a fleur de lis on me or not, so I simply used the castle. The alternate's striping, likewise, is modeled after the castle; the Quebec script simply struck me as a good idea. I would have liked to have seen the fleur dr lis used, maybe a shoulder patch on the alternate since you had the castle pattern on the bottom of the jersey. Texasrangers13 Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 I like the idea, and the coloring (I realize it is the same as the actual set), but I'd almost rather the "castle" be on the bottom of every jersey.
