BIG savings on software

Recommended Posts

Another good site like that is journeyEd. pretty much the same prices. Although, non-students aren't eligible.

Actually depends on the software. Some allow you to get a student edition even if you aren't a student provided you are using it solely to learn/recreational kind of thing and aren't making money on it. The big ones don't allow that though.

If you're a higher ed student/faculty/staff, you should be able to get better prices than these at your campus bookstore. I was able to pick up a copy of CS4 Master for $625 and I know of people who could get it for even less than that.

These academic websites are pretty stringent if you've ever tried to purchase anything from them. When I got my copy of Illustrator CS2, I had to send them a scanned copy of my student ID.
