Los Angeles Kings alternate

So, I was looking at the Kings alternate jersey logo and thinking I really like the black and white crown logo, so I tried mixing the current identity with the Gretzky era one (and yes, that's the Wayne era logo on the shoulders)and I like the results. If the consensus on it is favorable, I just might make it in to a full set with Home/Road/Alt/Throwback with these as the home.

Noble effort, but I feel there's too much clash between the two eras. In my opinion, you can really either go one way or the other. But, that's just me. I guess the only way it may come close is to make the numbers more of a traditional block style. You could even switch crests.

I like the jersey, but not the logo.

You need to simplify the logo; my opinion has always been that it is too busy. The black and silver looks great though!

I like the idea, but the jersey is exactly the Blue Jackets home jersey template. Maybe throw in some more stripes to modernize the Gretzky era jerseys.

C & A usually go on the other side of the chest.

And the numbers on the sleeves might be too high up.

I agree with Wild Winger, it is a clash between two eras. Also, I don't really like the Kings without purple. Maybe you should try going back to the purple and gold era.
