A double update to kick off our long awaited intro to the Bolivar Conference!

CFA CONTINIENTAL BOGOTÁ

I chose a classy look for Colombia's capital. I almost went with gold to go with the red, but chose silver instead because I’m already planning to use red/gold for another team.

SOL DE MEDELLÍN

La Sol plays in Medellín, Columbia's second city, making Columbia the only nation other than Mexico and Brazil to have more than one NFLL team. The Sol was originally going to play in Caracas, Venezuela, but with the current situation there, a pro American football team wouldn’t have been feasible, so the decision was made to move the Sol to Medellín.

Feedback welcome. Lima is next.

I've been lurking here for ages, and wow...I think you might have made your best two yet.  They're both stellar.

I love the obvious 70s/80s spin on the logos.

My only major complaint is that I hate the stripedy jerseys.  Personal pet peeve:  JERSEYS NEED TO BE ONE COLOR AGGGGHHHH

Good as they look, and as much as I like brown, a team called the Sun should have yellow or orange jerseys.

Overall I'm really digging this series. The logos look very '70s but in a good way.

Love that crown logo! I'm a sucker for that purple & gold scheme.

Oh good. I was worried it might be a bit fancy to be a football logo.

Ecuatoriales, or Equatorials in English, are named after Earth's equator which runs through Ecuador. Guayaquil, to those who don’t know, is the largest and most populous city in the country.

I thought a green and black look would be cool, like the Roughriders or the ‘90s Jets.

That's about it. Buenos Aires is next.

Try flipping the colors of the football--green on top and black on the bottom.

Like this?

I guess it could work like this, but the one on the left looks better to me.

I figured something flashy and colorful would look good on Argentina's team, so I basically made the '80s Denver Nuggets if they were a football team. Meh...

Gallitos are next. Feedback appreciated.

Yeah, the left one looks better. I just meant that each half of the football should contrast with the half of the "E" closest to it.

Nice job on these last two teams. The logo for Asuncion looks like a badass fast food chicken mascot. I like the rainbow stripes on Buenos Aires, but I think the continents on the shoulders are a little much.

This series looks interesting. Really nice work with Club America specially and Medellin as well.

Just a few corrections on the portuguese for the upcoming teams:

Guardiões do Fortaleza should be Guardiões DE Fortaleza if you are refering to the city

Baleias do Bahia (Salvador) should be Baleias DA Bahia if you are refering to the state

Diplomatas do Brasília should be Diplomatas DE Brasília

Capitães do Porto Alegre should be Diplomatas DE Porto Alegre

I was also curious as to why you picked Fluminense to be the team based in Rio since it is the only big club in the city with no current top quality american football team, and also (biased opinion) they suck.

Anyway, looking forward to see what comes next.

Thanks for the tips. I changed the list accordingly. And the only reason I picked Fluma to represent Rio was its unique color combination. Flamengo would’ve looked too much like Sport Recife and Botafogo and Vasco would’ve looked too much like Corinthians.

CABALLEROS DE MONTEVIDEO

I went for a Raiders-style look for the Caballeros, or Knights in English. The jerseys, pants, and helmet all have tapering stripes, resembling broadswords. The Knights would have a rivalry with their closest neighbor, Buenos Aires, their rainbow colors an antithesis to the Caballeros' monochromatic look.

Feedback welcome. Next stop, Brazil!
