Didnt the Suns just complete renovations on their arena?
They did last year, but can also house a hockey rink as well. The Arizona Rattlers play at Footprint and is the same diameter of a hockey rink

Sorry third post in a row, but listening to the local station this morning and they were saying there’s a rumor that the Coyotes are talking to Ishbia and the Suns about being tenants to the Footprint Center. If this happens another 25 years of losing money

I don't think a 2nd Michigan franchise would get support.
A second for wouldn’t work in Detroit or even Michigan. The Red Wings are beloved there and a relocation of another team would be laughed at and moved the next year

Tonight the Yotes are going to rock up at the now Desert Diamond Arena trying their best not to fall over, asking
"Well tell me do you think it'd be alright,
if i could just crash here tonight?
You can see I'm in no shape for driving,
and anyway I got no place to go"
Funny, Gin Blossoms used to play at the Long Wongs just a couple blocks from the dump the Coyotes wanted to build the future parking lot

Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Miami,
North Carolina, N.C. State, Virginia & Virginia Tech bolt to the SEC to make it a 24-school monster:
POD 1
Duke, Kentucky, North Carolina,
N.C. State, Virginia, Virginia Tech
POD 2
Clemson, Florida, Florida State,
Georgia, Miami, South Carolina
POD 3
Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss,
Mississippi State, Tennessee, Vanderbilt
POD 4
Arkansas, LSU, Missouri,
Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M
I think North Carolina and State are a better fit for the B1G. Clemson, Miami, Virginia Tech and Florida State to the SEC, Virginia, Duke, NC and NC State to the B1G. Just seems like a natural fit imo for both sides

They’ve gotten good but they’re not that good. I may eat my words if they win but as of right now, I’d take the Chiefs by 10-14.I say 7, they did hang around the Bills last year when everyone thought they were going to get blown out

Still, can't believe that the Lions are going to be thesacrificeteam the Chiefs open the season against.Who said it’s going to be a sacrifice? Could be a good game. They stacked their biggest weakness which is the secondary and that offense is exciting to watch. Honestly think it could be an exciting game

The only thing I have against the Renegades winning is the fact they won that stupid looking trophy

In other news, Ja Morant was again recorded brandishing a gun in Instagram. Not great.
For a kid with raw talent and could be the next big name sure doesn’t have the brains. He’s not going to be in the league much longer if he continues his obsession with guns

I wouldn’t call it scapegoat, when you have a coach that never used the bench and 3 years in a row can’t close out games or is embarrassed by 20 plus points to be eliminated, he had to go. He’s a good guy, good coach. But couldn’t get it done. Plus not saying that it wasn’t the player’s fault either. I just think when it comes to the team the coach should always be the first to take blame.
And I am a Suns fan since 1986 who is frustrated why as talented this team is and was can’t get over the hump. I think this is the right move. Hopefully get a guy in here that can show Ayton that heart because he doesn’t have any.
Trade Chris Paul because he just doesn’t have it anymore and bring in some role players that can hopefully get this team some Victories when it matters most. I have watched this team all my life and I want this ring. 1993 and 2021 were the most fun and so close and I want that celebration. But I don’t think it’ll happen with Monty and the group of guys that’s with this team. In all honesty it’s Book, and KD that are safe. Probably Payne and Biyombo but I just can’t see the group of guys there that will bring home this championship. It is disheartening because it wasn’t more than a few years ago they were the bubble team that made a run and the year before the laughingstock of the league

As far as I'm concerned, Jokic is a hero for shoving the Suns' billionaire owner back into his stupid seat.
On the other hand, you can't shove the fans. Jokic should probably be suspended for game 5.
It shouldn’t matter if it’s a Billionaire owner or a spectator, Jokic shouldn’t have touched him if it was on purpose. But what I will say Izzo would be proud of the Ishbia flop . I will say that the whole situation should’ve been handled differently.
Regardless of the flop, that was a fantastic game and Jokic was excellent, but it was the fact that the Suns actually do have a bench and Monty actually used it. Being tied 2-2 I honestly think the series could go 7 games

Lions got a Hooker in the 3rd Round

I hate this pick by the Lions, have Swift and Montgomery, you could’ve went Defensive Back or even Edge with Van Ness and you take a freaking Running Back?
-
Smart move for the Lions, Witherspoon was their guy and the Seahawks took him. That pick pissed me off. Let’s hope they avoid Gonzalez, just don’t think he’ll be the player the Lions need. But also happy the Cards(my number 2 team) took Johnson. He’ll be good for the protection for Murray.

We all know Bryce Young is going first, but what are the Texans doing? I’ve heard anywhere from taking CJ Stroud to Will Anderson Jr. I’m thinking they’re going Quarterback. As much as Anderson is the BPA, I think they need that QB. Cardinals I think will trade with Tennessee and move down to 11 with the Titans taking Richardson, Colts will take Levis, Carter going to Seattle and Anderson or Witherspoon to Detroit

What the hell - Titans are getting $1.2B in public money for a domed stadium? Is that even remotely necessary?
If we’re talking about domed stadiums, I can understand Vegas and Phoenix, or snow areas. But when is the last time I’ve ever seen it snow in Nashville?

It's a real problem the Suns struggled this much against Russell Westbrook and whatever else is left on the Clippers.
Denver is going to smoke the Suns.
problem is they don’t use their bench. For such a great starting 5, the bench sucks and I agree if they don’t use that bench it’s going to be Denver all the way- 2

Devin Booker carrying the Suns since game 2. 25 in the third quarter and looking at a 50 plus game. He is incredible to watch

What did Hutchinson do to Aaron Rodgers?

According to Adam Schefter, Aaron Rodgers is finally heading to the Jets
QuoteAaron Rodgers is being traded to the New York Jets, sources tell ESPN.
Trade compensation:
Jets get:
Pick No. 15, Rodgers and a 2023 5th-round pick (No. 170).Packers get:
Pick No. 13, a 2023 2nd-round pick (No. 42), a 6th-round pick (No. 207), a conditional 2024 second-round pick that becomes a first if Rodgers plays 65 percent of plays. -

League descends down on the Lions for some ungodly reason other than let's up their season before the year begins.
They’ll be alright. But imo I think they’ll have to address a receiver early in the draft. I hate to say it, but I hope Williams doesn’t become a bust
