Oregon, Washington, Clemson and Florida State are the rumored schools. But since its the spun and Barstool. I would take a grain of salt to this

Tempe is in the same market as the Cardinals. I would go with Tucson if theres no college in your world, Albuquerque or Santa Fe

For Arizona stay away from Tempe because of the fact that during football season you have the Sun Devils and same thing with Tucson with the Wildcats. Problem is if you move them to Prescott or Flagstaff you're going with snow. Probably smart to keep them in Glendale.

Was hearing today that the Big 12 isn't done. Eying the Arizona schools and Utah. With Arizona Board of Regents meeting next week to discuss the move. If this happens, do we see the Pacific ??? Conference going after the Mountain West and SMU?

He’s exciting to watch and probably would be rookie of the year this year if it wasn’t for the fact that Corbin Carroll is having a dominant year himself in Arizona. Plus the fact you have McClain and Abbott on the Reds I don’t even know if he’s the best rookie there. Definitely going to be a dominant team in the NL Central for the next few seasons.

They're throwing everything they can, to try to make people care about hockey in Arizona. What else can they do? Have celebrity appearences to promote the team? Create special events? They've already turned their entire social medias into meme accounts.

Thing is, people do care about hockey in Arizona, between junior hockey clubs, high school hockey and even the ASU Sun Devils. They just don’t care for the Coyotes. Which is sad because it’s growing organically, but the NHL is an afterthought in the Valley Metro Area. They never promote the games, they don’t care. Reason why there’s never going to be any love. At least here Suns, Cardinals and the team that started a year after the Diamondbacks have the back and support here. Coyotes are the stepchild that gets locked in the basement only to run loose while the other children look at it with distain.

Yes, my knowledge of Arizona comes entirely from the podcast Small Town Murder and this thread. Also, how has Florence not been recommended earlier? Building an arena in a literal prison town seems like something the NHL could get behind.

Wittman is about to break ground on a 20 acre Warehouse/train depot on US 60 and no one wants to be caught dead in Apache Junction. Also whoever called the Phoenix Valley Metro Area “Sun Valley” has never lived in “The Valley”.

I’ve also thought of tracking a touchdown cycle in football where a player gets a passing, rushing, receiving and return touchdown in the same game, but idk if it’s ever happened.
