  1. I tried the powder blue with the chargers at first, but I thought it looked weird. I might go back and keep trying. As for the Patriots: a lot of these teams use a much brighter swatch than their true palette, but I did that for shirt printing. You kinda have to over-saturate your colors a bit for some DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. You can buy these as shirts or stickers on RedBubble, btw! Link here
  2. Hey, everybody! This is the first time I've posted in a long while. But there's something I'm working on that I thought all of you would like. I basically took one of the original Megaman sprites (25x25 px) and adjusted certain things to look more like a football uniform. Not a whole lot of work really, but this was a lot of fun. And the best part is, I now have a vector template! Now, if i've done my job right, you shouldn't need captions for these. I hope you'll be able to tell which team each of these are. Feel free to chime in with any feedback or critique!
  3. Duuude, Barcelona needs to take that Rhein Fire spot for sure! As of now, you have no teams wearing green. That will balance out the color spectrum of your league.
  4. I've always loved these (Unpopular opinion?). Not the throwbacks so much.
  5. I'm a Jacksonville Jaguars fan living in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area and whenever I wear my gear I've had multiple instances of these two responses: 1. "Who are they? Are they NFL or college?" 2. "Duuuuude! I Love Cam Newton!"
  6. Hello there! Sorry for bugging you on short notice. My name is Draven Corvone, and I'm an aspiring graphic designer that mainly focuses on football helmets.  I recently went through a bit of a crisis with my computers memory being erased. Some important files include the 3 way helmet template that I've been trying to acquire, but have been unsuccessful because REZLAND has deleted his/her profile. If it is possible, can you please email a copy of your PSD? It would really help me a lot if you did. My profiles on FB and Instagram are DXZHelmet Mockups if you want further proof of my work. Thank you, and hopefully we can speak soon!

  7. Wow, this took me back! I was stationed at Eielson from 02-06. It would be neat to see the base patch incorporated somewhere on the Ravens set. Will we be seeing Lathrop HS?
  8. Forgive me if I've missed this somewhere on the boards, but is this template available for download? I love the way you executed the chrome and matte effects.
  9. ^ What he said. Illustrator has a lot more capabilities (like editing type), but unless you're a professional, Inkscape does just fine. With that being said, if you ever get a chance to get a great deal on Illustrator, GET IT. If you're a student, you can get Creative Cloud for around $20 a month

  11. I agree about the team episodes. There's something especially interesting about those because they chronicle the dark times of a franchise. I particularly wouldn't mind seeing more like that. These would be very good: The Kotite-era Jets: starting from the Marino fake-spike until the Parcells hiringRams/Raiders last years in LA: LA goes from having two teams to none in one offseason1943 Phil-Pitt Steagles: They had a winning season that year, but from what I read, the two coaches butted heads a lot. Played in the shadow of WWII.(Would be challenging to find living players from that team to interview) JAX-CAR '96: both expansion teams from the previous year reach their conference title games. (another success story, but still fun to watch)
  12. I've grown addicted to that show...along with just about everything that NFL Films does. There's still a few episodes that I hope they do in the future: John Madden Bill Walsh Chuck Noll Junior Seau Darrell Green
