    I really like this year’s All-Star jerseys.

Of course, I’d much prefer every team to wear their regular jersey for the actual All-Star Game, & save this design for the Home Run Derby, for what we got, at least they’re miles better than last year’s uniforms.

I think this years design confirms last years uniforms were designed with Atlanta in mind. I guess last minute they decided to throw some purple in the hat.

I was thinking about the Hulk thing yesterday.  Looks like there isn’t much purple, so no Hulk comparisons to worry about.

Were they that far off? Looking Like MLB's TATC program only missed by a year.

One of the OITGDNHL highlights - ASU controls the look of the ice so the ‘Yotes are forced to play with a pitchfork at the face off circle.

The most mind boggling thing is that Bettman is allowing this. 3 Years ago before he finally buckled Bettman forced the Islanders to play their second round series against the Canes at Barclays instead of the coliseum because of "luxury boxes" but the yotes are allowed to play in front of 20 percent of that coliseum crowd? I cant imagine they would let them play there if they had a playoff series there.

  4. Apparently Kayvon Thibodeaux is wearing 5 with the Giants. When the number rules were changed it stated .

Defensive Linemen: No change. May wear numbers 50 to 79 and 90 to 99.

I suppose because he is an edge he will be listed as an outside linebacker then? Even though he plays pretty much a regular DE position.

Yeah. They won a lot and people generally don't like it when one team wins a lot and it's not their team. The hate definitely peaked during the Durant years.

Not only did they win a lot but when they had two down years they  pretty much openly tanked and got lottery picks.

Despite needing new uniforms I am afraid of what NIKE would do to the Cardinals to make them even worse than they are now.  Kind of like what happened with the Falcons.

I think they would be pretty tame. Cardinals are the only NFL team left wearing a reebok design, I guess you could count the Texans and Maybe the 49ers and Bills but the Cardinals are the only team still in piping hell

Last years was pretty bad looking like an ugly Christmas sweater but BFBS

I kind of liked those, at this point BFBS is what it is but those houses on the schuylkill river are pretty iconic to philly.

I know a lot of people on this board view the city edition uniforms as a brand killer or an overkill but some teams just do it so right. I dont think the sixers have had one bad city uniform. This right here is absolutely gorgeous.

Too bad we have to wait a year. I wonder if this supply issue will affect any other teams planning for a secondary shell?

I think the supply chain issues have to deal more with producing fan jerseys and merchandise.

The Commanders had to slap black anywhere on the main jerseys, so that they could have a black alt. The color of the alt needs to be a part of the main color scheme, I believe. One of the reasons why the real uniforms use BFBS.

How do you explain the Chargers use of navy and royal then? Either way there are way better ways to incorporate black than that disaster.

  11. I think the whole debate when it comes to Stafford becoming a hall of famer is its not about who you consider to be a hall of famer, it is about who the NFL considers to be a hall of famer. It seems that being in the hall of fame used to be based upon impact on the game more than production and statistics. I'm a lifelong Jets fan but Joe Namath has thrown more Picks than TD's and is under 500. Same goes for a player like Gale Sayers who only rushed for over 1,000 yards twice. Quarterbacks is tricky because the entire game has changed but players like Bradshaw, Fouts, Moon, and Aikman have pretty poor TD to INT ratios. At the end of the day I don't think it's much of an argument. He will get in just like Rivers, Eli, and Ben. No matter what Super Bowls reign supreme and get you in at the end of the day. Especially because the Hall of Fame never had specific bars you had to reach to make the hall. It is a quite lenient club in comparison to baseball and the argument is pointless because at the end of the day we all know the answer.

Those three dudes are definitely not Jonathan Allen, Terry McLaurin, or Chase Young

So there are stripes on the helmet and jersey but none on the pants and they insist on using solid  stripeless socks? Just make it make sense. The W on the front  would be fine if it was lower but its just floating in no mans land. Just look how Dartmouth does it.spacer.png
