You listed four teams and said they were the only five who should wear navy. I actually sort of agree with you though. The Texans should also be able to keep their colors, but their blue isn't really navy. They call it "deep steel blue" and, true to the metallic name, it has more grey in it than navy does. I'd love to see the Rams, Titans and Bills drop navy though.

Agree. I thought there was too much black in this set, but lighten up the red and (imo) also make the black helmet stripe white or add in a white one between red and black and these can look good.

I agree that Michael Jordan is better than John Wall.

I guess an imperfect analogue (since there probably wasn't a great deal of difference in the media attention the Colts and Dolphins received back in the day) would be Don Shula. He's remembered primarily for his 25+ years in Miami, but he also led the Colts to one of the best seasons in NFL history to that point and a Super Bowl appearance (albeit the NFL's first loss to the AFL).

If Tampa hadn't gone to the World Series with him I'd agree, but everyone heard about that team by virtue of their appearance against the Phils.

I like the idea of royal and yellow for Milwaukee. I also like blue and green or blue/gold/green. I feel like the set they had in the late '90s was underappreciated. Not the "Motre Bame" set but the one right after it.

I think they should just swap the blue and red jerseys - make the red the regular and the blue the alt. Theirs are probably my favorite navy jerseys in the league, too, aside from maybe the Cowboys' seldom-seen blues. (I'm not a big fan of navy blue in general - too dull and boring.) However, there are too many teams wearing navy and the Texans could stand to look brighter, and I really like the look of their red alts, so I say go red full-time and save blue for special occasions.

In a vacuum, yes, but the uniforms were a downgrade.

I agree that the original Seahawks logo looks sad - tortured, even - but I still prefer it to the other two. It has the best color scheme of the three and just looks very totem pole-ish. The designer of the original nailed it.

I think the Expos would have looked cool with a solid white hat at home, rather than pinwheel paneling. Not sure about on the road.

I like the piping overall though. Would it make the logo easier to see if the chest piping were navy?

Not sure how "unpopular" this opinion is, but I think football helmets are difficult to mess up and almost always look good. I especially like when the logo wraps around to the back (Vikings would be a prime example there; not as big a fan of the logos actually meeting in the back like Seattle has), as well as "unusual" designs like those of the Bengals, Eagles and Rams. The only current NFL helmets I don't really like are those of the Jaguars and Titans. There are changes I'd make to others, but the others are all basically good to begin with; only the two-tones and the flaming thumbtacks (with those stripes that have somehow aged much worse than the identical ones on Carolina's helmet) look iffy to me.
