    Yeah sorry for not updating this to reflect the Mountain Hawks... so I'll make it up by posting team 76... the other Delaware team. DELAWARE STATE HORNETS The Hornets being a HBCU team quite frankly needed a shake up, something different... well to create a buzz per say and this was the way to go about it... the helmets were last minute, they needed to give the team a different look and approach.... the Titans font is still the same.

    I've been updating the thread with better hosted pics of the concepts and now that we got that out of the way... it's time for a long overdue update. TEAM 27. SAN ANTONIO COMMANDERS Why change a perfectly good looking team? Honestly the Commanders really ignited San Antonio with their one season and in a competitve Southern League with good looking uniforms, you got to stand out... rivals include their buddies from the XFL, the Hotshots and the Legends, both XFL 2020 teams in Texas AND the Stallions.

    So I've been busy in the NFL Europa thread and figured I would let you all know that the next league will be the Southern Division and it already contains the Bandits of Tampa and the Vipers of Miami... but there's going to be relocations and changed names abound for a heads up.

    But wait there's more! There's a 16th team now and it's in Lisbon... and the temptation to create Sea Lions was very high but I figure there was a second option... It's time everyone to welcome... LISBON SURF Turns out Lisbon is known for it's surfing scene so I took two sea based colours and created well this... their rivals are in Spain and Turkey... aka Barcelona, Madrid and Istanbul.
