  1. The crew behind the site say that lot of things have gotten in the way. Rest assured, we will have more by this summer.
  2. Found a T.J. Houshmanzadeh Bengals jersey.
  3. On another note, both versions of the XFL (2001/2023), the WLAF and the 1980s and 2022/23 incarnations of the USFL have held games on Easter Sunday.
  4. You know, with Easter coming up next week, I was thinking: In North America, Christmas belongs to the NBA, New Year's Day to NHL and College Football's biggest bowl games, Thanksgiving has the NFL and CFL (depending on which side of the border you're on), but what about Easter? That one is hard to pin down, but, IMO..... I think baseball's opening weekend, ongoing NHL and NBA action (what with both teams going down to the wire before the playoffs begin) should be synonmous with Easter. Granted, there have been a few spring football leagues that have attempted to join the party, but baseball/hockey/basketball are the big draws on Easter, I feel. What say you?
  5. Well, I got the 1998-2007 St. Louis Blues blue jersey for $38 at a vintage clothing store. I love those as well.
  6. So, I haven't been able to find much at thrift stores lately, but I found a Tampa Bay Rays navy alternate jersey and a Seattle Mariners 2003-05 BP jersey at vintage clothing stores, which I also like to frequent.
  7. Hi, all. I've noticed that jerseys sold for retail, have gone towards using gluing the name and numbers on back - but why the change from sewing it on? I know how it can be a big mess to deal with in removing them, and how it is impossible to do so in most cases.
  8. Not quite thrift store finds, but I found a early 1990s New York Yankees cap for $22 and a Seattle Mariners teal Ichiro jersey for $75 (the latter was found @ a vintage clothing store).
  9. Wow, we went through November with no finds? Well, I saw an Everett Silvertips jersey, but someone else got it (so I decided to be a gentleman and let the other guy have it), but I did find the 1995-2007 Colorado Avalanche white jersey and the 2019 Padres brown jersey for $20 combined. Nice.
  10. The curse of the regular season single-season wins record strikes again - the Argos have fallen in the East Final.
  11. Well, I found a bounty of caps yesterday: A green Seattle Mariners cap, the rare 1994 Philadelphia Phillies "unlucky" blue cap, a Calgary Cannons cap, a Northwestern University cap, and a Baltimore Orioles cap.
  12. ^ UPDATE: The project will be on hiatus until after the Grey Cup. So, don't panic- we will be back!
  13. Well, I got a Tampa Bay Rays BP cap for $10 and a Seattle Mariners Kyle Seager jersey for $35 at a vintage clothing store. Nice.
  14. Found two Green Bay Packer jerseys - one of Aaron Rodgers and Greg Jennings for $15 each after a coupon. Yay.
  15. Got two jersey @ a vintage clothing store for $30: A Walter Payton 1985 Chicago Bears white jersey and a 1989 SF Giants Will Clark BP jersey. Not bad. Been a while, though, since I found some decent things.
  16. And now we have 1985. Slowly but surely, we are getting to modern times. Your feedback and comments about the database, and corrections if necessary, are welcome.
  17. And I got a Pittsburgh Pirates Diamond Era BP cap for $8.
  18. ^ Hmm.... interesting observation. Now that summer and another CFL season is coming up, it's likely we'll have more seasons up, and 1983 is in as of today.
  19. A recent visit to my local Ross store in NW Washington state saw me see a pair of Cardinals and Royals mascot socks. OMG.
