Then I added the primary logo I'd downloaded from an official site, and the colors don't match exactly. Should I change the uniform colors to match the NFL logo? You can match the colors from the logo, but the slight difference won't penalize you. The idea is to ensure that you don't add colors. If the color palette is close enough, then you'll be OK. I understand that there are differences from one site to another, so that will definitely won't play as to whether a submission is accepted or disqualified. Make sure to add their current official primary logo for identification though. Since I just added it to the original post, the members that have submitted an entry using stirrups/socks can resubmit without being penalized.
