I'm having some trouble with continuing this. I want to put 12 teams in the league and work from there. 6 in each league, and the playoffs would be an 6 team tournament. I'm struggling with name ideas, so any help would be much appreciated.

Below are all the cities I am thinking of doing, and several team names

East

  • Omaha Iron Horses
  • San Antonio Rebels
  • Nashville
    • Sounds
    • Cowboys
  • Des Moines
    • Kernels
    • Croppers
    • Souix
  • Buffalo
    • Rapids
    • Smoke
    • Walleye
  • Myrtle Beach
    • Hammerheads
    • Waves
    • Jaws
  • New Orleans
    • Hurricanes
    • Gators
    • Herons

West

  • Las Vegas
    • Martians
    • Gamblers
    • Aces
  • Portland
    • Beavers
    • Grizzlies
    • Trappers
  • Albuquerque
    • Desert Dogs
    • Wolves
    • Falcons
  • Billings
    • Bison
    • Magic
    • Travelers
  • Sacramento
    • Cranes
    • Rivercats
    • Sluggers
  • Salt Lake City
    • Pioneers
    • Badgers
    • Saints
  • Vancouver
    • Natives
    • Canadians
    • Pines

Nashville: Sounds is already a triple-a team, I'd go with rhythm or blues or something along those lines

Des Moines: Your on the right track, but none of those names are quite right

Buffalo: Thunder, as in a herd thundering and the fact there are lightning bolts on the city flag

Myrtle Beach: Blacktips, type of shark

New Orleans: Brass, instruments often played in jazz, blues could work here too

Las Vegas: Silver Aces, Silver City and State and obviously gambling

Portland: Beavers is a former triple-a team, but I do like that name, maybe lumberjacks otherwise

Albuquerque: Desert Dogs, or some Native American influence

Billings: Magic, or Rims for Rimrocks, or Crows

Sacramento: Rivercats are a triple-a team, Grizzlies or Bears (California Flag), Stars (CA Flag), Knights because of Sacramento Kings

Salt Lake City: Stingers or Bees (Beehive State), Saints (Mormon Church)

Vancouver: Canadians already a minor league team, Captains or Skipjacks

I like that I see some rarely or never used names on this list.  My votes go to:

something else for Nashville.  Both Cowboys and Sounds have other teams that already clearly "own" that name.

Croppers

Smoke

Waves

Herons

Gamblers (although this is right on the edge of being too common)

Trappers

Desert Dogs (this one is a bit clunky, but it gets points for being a team name I've never seen used.

Bison

Rivercats

Pioneers (although I'd keep working on this one)

Pines

There's a million leagues here.  Keep doing what you're doing and make stuff that we haven't seen a million times before..

And honestly, if you keep making your stadiums as good of quality and realistic as you have been, I think you're in good shape.

Have you thought about using paint or Inkscape or even hand-drawing

Yes, I was planning on doing something like that for future uniforms.

I tried to stray from names already in use, but I couldn't come up with better names, so thanks for the suggestions.

Here's Nashville Municipal Stadium. It is a dual football/baseball stadium, so here are the football setup shots.

And here are the baseball shots.

All the seats in center for football are available for baseball, except for the the center half of each center section (for the batters eye), but the suites and other seats are part of the baseball setup.

Is it just me or are the arieal views pixeleted a little bit. Not your fault obviously but just curious

You are correct. I have no idea why (it's probably the program), but when I zoom out (especially when there are small details like the hashmarks on the football field), the image gets really blurred and I don't know how to fix it.

Up next, Myrtle Beach Hammerheads. Stadium is set right on the beach, so the backdrop is the ocean.

I've decided to eliminate one team from each league, so here is the final team list.

East

  • Omaha Iron Horses (Completed)
  • San Antonio Rebels (Completed)
  • Myrtle Beach Hammerheads (Completed)
  • Buffalo Thunder (Completed)
  • Nashville Keys (Completed)
  • New Orleans Blues (Incomplete)

West

  • Vancouver Pines (Incomplete)
  • Salt Lake Stingers (Incomplete)
  • Sacramento Grizzlies (Incomplete)
  • Portland Beavers (Incomplete)
  • Las Vegas Aces (Incomplete)
  • Albuquerque Desert Dogs (Incomplete)

I am going to finish the New Orleans stadium and then take a little break with a wiffleball league concept, then come back and finish this after that series is complete.

Last Stadium in the East, New Orleans Blues. This is a pretty simplistic stadium, with high walls around the outfield to protect against flooding. Screen Shot 2016-04-30 at 8.38.49 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-04-30 at 8.39.22 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-04-30 at 8.39.38 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-04-30 at 8.39.53 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-04-30 at 8.40.09 PM.png

As I said earlier, I am going to take a break and do a wiffleball league concept that should be pretty interesting.
