DTConcepts
HJC (HockeyJerseyConcepts.com) has started a contest in which participants design a new logo, uniforms, and a "Wild Card" item for an NHL expansion team called the Americans, based off of the old Brooklyn Americans hockey club. I put my club in Seattle, made a logo and jerseys, as well as a rally/playoff towel. All designs are below. There ya go! What do you think? Here's the contest link, by the way. ldconcepts
I love the idea and presentation, (Would there be any way to get the template?) but I think the black seems a little forced. Maybe replace it with a double outline of white-blue? Also, a link to Seattle itself in the logo package isn't needed, but would be an improvement. NoE38_Concepts
I you were to keep the black, maybe change the coloration of the yoke to match the striping in the logo. I also agree that something should be added to the logo to make a link to Seattle. maybe add the space needle to the top of the shield? Other than that, I like this set. @noe38concepts (Instagram - Twitter)

I can't find the link. Thanks for the feedback! I missed the deadline to turn it in, so it won't be able to win the contest, sadly. "You ain't gonna learn what you don't wanna know..."
