At Canucks Sports & Entertainment, we are all honoured to live, work, and play on the traditional ancestral and unceded lands of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations. While our annual game will be a celebratory occasion, we must continue to acknowledge the history of injustice and genocide towards Indigenous peoples. As an organization, we are committed to supporting truth and reconciliation, and to use our platform to amplify local First Nations communities. The Canucks worked with Musqueam artist Chase Gray to create this year's limited-edition First Nations Night jersey and merchandise collection. A selection of player worn First Nations Night warmup jerseys will be up for auction at vanbase.ca. Additional merchandise can be purchased at the Canucks Team Store in section 113 or at vanbase.ca, with partial proceeds supporting the Orange Jersey Project. As part of Orange Shirt Society, the Orange Jersey Project was created to encourage action for truth and reconciliation while helping educate young athletes about the history of the Residential School system in Canada. Love the look and (warm) colors. Really hope they'll eventually wear not just pre-game warm up jerseys for future First Nation events. despite the expensive shipping costs from overseas I've ordered all sorts of First Nations related merch. B-mer
I love the logo. I’m a sucker for Pacific Northwest indigenous art.

gimmick
I say make this the full time logo. They can even go back to their black/orange/yellow colors from the 1970s/80s with it. This would give them a really cool, unique look (instead of being just another blue team).
