Unfortunately. I'm too lazy to Google it, but essentially after the New Year they're retiring the black statement jerseys for next year state jerseys while still wearing the white jerseys they've had the two past years the whole year. 

 

The yellow jerseys are dead though.

I think it's also interesting that the statement jerseys are being used for the IST this year (unlike last year where they used the city edition). On top of that for the second straight year the christmas games aren't using city jerseys and are just using the home/road scheme.  Could be a sign they are indeed moving away from the city program soon.
