This site may help:www.sportslogos.net Actually, I've never seen that on anything official, so it must just be a merchandise logo for pennants and such.Much like this one:

Bulldog64
That is most definitely unofficial. The Senators first real logo (used on field, corporate identity and marketed) was really this which debuted in 1957. Drawn by Zang Auerbach, brother of Red. Gothamite
There was a whole series of those pennants in the 1930s. Some had generic graphics - I have a small Brewers one that has a great batter graphic - and some had graphics tailored to the club. All unofficial, I believe. Like the "Uncle Sam" Yankee pennants: The Green Bay Packers Uniform Database! Now in a handy blog.
teenchy
It's unofficial. I've seen lots of those pennants for sale.Bulldog64: I am holding in my grubby little hands a copy of a 1953 Washington Nationals yearbook which features the logo of the US Capitol dome breaking out of a baseball superimposed over a bat; a navy blue cap with red block "W" is perched atop the dome. This isn't a scan of my copy, but the results of a GIS:That predates Zang's "Mr. Senator" by at least 4 years.
