if you would like to design something a bit more complicated and dont have art skills, get a picture of it off the internet, copy and paste to paint, and go over it in paint colors.

also, dont just use the usual colors, double click a color, and change it to make it your own

hope this helps!

Sounds like you're trying to edit a photo (.jpg or .gif) file in MSPaint.

Best bet:

1. Open a new MSPaint file. Make sure all the colors work properly.

2. On the .jpg/.gif file, Select All.

3. Copy all of photo file.

4. Paste into new (blank) MSPaint file.

5. Go to town with the crazy colors!

Bonus tip:

Save the MSPaint file as a .png file. Saves memory space compared to .bmp bitmap files.

In order for the Mets' run of 12 losses in 17 games to mean something, the Phillies still had to win 13 of 17.
