WSU151
And no, the Sac Kings didn't have it first. Color SCHEME...meaning all of the colors - purple, black, and silver, all at one time...not just purple. Sacramento had the scheme before Los Angeles. Smart is believing half of what you hear. Genius is knowing which half.
Ron Mexico
Purple is the color of royalty. So, that's probably why they both wear purple. And no, the Sac Kings didn't have it first. The LA Kings wore purple and yellow (like the Lakers) up until the '80s. The LA Kings did wear purple, but that was a purple/gold scheme, not a purple/silver/black, which is what the poster was asking about. BattleRed
I gotta go w/ Houston on this one only because the Astros current uniform styles and the team name doesnt match IMO,plus as history tell us this city has history of awful uniforms (IE Rockets 95-02?).I notice you're in Tennessee... Careful talking about teams with ugly unis. The Titans' rags aren't much to brag about...
The_Admiral
I don't understand why a lot of you guys hate the Suns jerseys Grey as a uniform color doesn't work for them. Their colors are supposed to be purple and orange and they have these big side panels of grey. Also, the scripts don't really match up with the logo as well as the old ones did. ♫ oh yeah, board goes on, long after the thrill of postin' is gone ♫
