dfwabel Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 This the their final year in Oxnard for thre total. They will return to San Antonio next year and I believe for the next 5 years. A convention in 2004 forced them from the Alamodome and look at other locations. During the Landry years (1963-89), they used to train in Thousand Oaks, basically for marketing and lesser heat. With Jimmy/Switzer/Gailey they returned to Texas and trained in Austin, Wichita Falls, and San Antonio. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
