steiny_ramone
I love this... I think it perfectly represents oil... it looks slick smooth and classy. I never understood the copper or orange. They included orange for their sponser at the time and it's their identityLike the canadians have the stripe and hawks have the indian headThe oilers wouldnt be the oilers without orange or copper*cough* alt jersey *cough**cough* Todd MacFarlane *cough* facespace?http://www.myspace.com/seancalcottmusic http://www.myspace.com/forgottentoys
YELDARBfield
Ok, I really like this, just not for the Oilers. Again, needs copper-ish orange.I really do like the kinda warped logo, though. And great job on the jersey template! (Although it looks kinda like the Stars' "Mooterus" jersey...) IronChefShark
it completely disrespects the heritage of the team and spits on traditionand for that reason it rocks! US state flag concepts
westcoastoiler
as a lifelong die hard oilers fan I gotta say these are sweet and I love them...as a concept. I like that you took away red (never red!! calgary licks!). I like the use of the anniversary logo with the wavy "oilers", that's pretty cool. If you take out the silver and put in a dark copper, go back to the normal logo and make the oil drop that dark copper then i think you have a realistic concept....but this is cool nonetheless.I LOVE the double blue!!
