Tier reserve is pretty high however I've sat up their plenty of times (including the last row) and have never really needed binoculars. That said I have pretty good eye sight. The players aren't going to look like ants out there and if you are close to the plate you should be fine. I guess I can see why people bring them, but I couldn't see myself bringing them, no matter where my tickets were.Also, capital letters are nice - very nice.
