Here are my concepts.

The crests all look great, though #5 is my personal favorite.

The only potential problem I see with the kits is the horizontal part of the red cross on the home jersey. I presume that's where the sponsor's logo would go, but the stripe doesn't look thick enough for most logos to fit on, unless the sponsor agrees to either shrink it down, or use a wordmark instead. And the jersey would look a little awkward with the sponsor's logo overlapping onto the white areas.

I like #4 and #5. For the jerseys, I'm guessing the ones with the cross are the primaries so I say go for the 1st primaries and 2nd secondary jerseys. Only thing I would change is use the latter's shirt template for both and make the secondary's shorts white.

They are all great, but I kind of like the initial one and the no.3.

And I don't think the sponsorship should make too many problems. It has been done before.

I really like crest #4. Can't really go wrong with any of em, but #4 speaks to me.

I like Crest #4, but #5 is perfect, it's a great balance of all the elements and colors without a signifigant usage of one color, love it!
