coupeit88
Also, which patterns to you use? I have Gimp and I've been trying forever to learn the technique to do this. I'm semi-efficient but I struggle most with outlines and creating depth with borders. Great work btw. These logos would be perfect.

coupeit88
I don't use Gimp and am not familiar with it.I use Adobe Illustrator to convert the bitmapped art to vectored art. Then in Illustrator I divide like colors that may butt next the each otherso that in the final step I can vary the stitching. An example is in the Madrid logo where the C interlocks with the M and the F appearsbehind the C. I then finalize the embroidered look in Corel DraWings.Amazing, Amazing, work. Wow. Thanks bro.Can you do me a favor tho, make the logos without the white stitched backgrounds?

Both being more work than I was comfortable with.If you got Photoshop... have at it and good luck!

davidrpaige
Mind doing this one? The yellow is suppose to be a yellow-ish gold, kinda like Real Madrid's. If your program can give that "sparkle" of a metallic gold thread, that would be great.
